    On the note of "tit bo sarm", I was talking to my sifu about it and he said that there is such a skill concerning with chigung however it is not like in the movies. The skill is a one off ability, and you will lose it after one hit.It works not that the fact that you are solid like steel but more like a mirror for energy, sending it back where it came from and damaging nerves on the way back, eventually up to the brain, leading to hemmorages(sp?) From the 3rd person's perspective, the attacker looks as if they were hitting a rock, hence the iron shirt.

        Head can be hardened with real Kung Fu not fake Kung fo convinced.

        All Kwoon that soon will moon have door of hinge not slide convinced. Put head on floor within range of door and slam more and more till head sore. Not too sore. If you hit too hard too early you not able to carry on hitting until you wake up.

        Note

        Always take small matchbox with you for teeth, and tissues for bleeding face. No mess in Kwoon Moon of real Kung Fu but fake Kung Fu has poo.

          leg smash tree give me bloody knee, use shovel for iron shirt really really big hurt!, kung fu give me iron shoe? chi gong give me iron poo?

          so what shall i do, practice fake commercial kung fu?
          or debate over tea with kungfu sherwin c?

            Iron poo build bowel of steel. Internal Arts benefit greatly. My Sifu scream when poo, and rectum vibrate for hours after. He let me feel it for proof of real Kung Fu, and my Long Fist Kung Fu put to good use.

                I ll be convinced when l see Sifu's bowel of steel emissions against sudent sparring ratio. If student-dummy block with head and body he will be in a world of shit beause it mean not real Kung-fu. Then splashing hand Kung fu is required for medication but if fake splash is used you can get hurt by long lasting vibration power.

                  But, vibration power only true with southern style chidian bun!! Then student-dummy head block ratio is only 22:1. Splashing hand kung-fu one of the styles that I teach, only that I read it from books along with my chi dian bun master.

                  Note: student dummy head block ratio decrease to 11:1.

                        Head hardening exercises not recommended as you'll probably end up with Parkinsons disease.
