Any one heard of these ma? It's Vietnamese martial art. Has its own uniqueness to it, I think. Vietnam is close to China so I threw it in here.

I currently study vovinam. I highly recommend it. The training style has worked very well for me. It can be incredibly intense, and there's no shortcuts, but thats what I like about it the most. Plus, vovinam schools overall are non-profit and very cheap to join. Look into it if you are serious.
