Hello Everyone..
I was just wondering if anybody knew anything with regards to the Chinese Martial Art system of Mizong Quan (otherwise known as Shoalin Boxing or Mizhong Chuan). As far as I am aware of its seems to not bethat common a system in comparison to the more 'popular' Wing Chun, Ju Jitsu, Karate, Jeet Kwoon Do etc. and its this reason which is why I am having trouble finding more information about the history of this system. I would apreciate for anyone who trains in this sytem (as well as those who don't) to share their thoughts as well as any links to information be it books, journals, web articles...
