The closest thing you'll find on the web to my style is Dai Xing Yi. The best site for that is chinafrominside.com
My lineage is Ma (or Henan) Xing yi and the web is lacking in info on this style. It is a fairly rare style. For Xing Yi info in general I would check out
Emptyflower.

Are you stdying traditional Xing Yi, or cross training in several styles? Not that there is anything wrong with cross training, but Tai Chi, Ba Gua and Xing Yi are all complete system in and of themselves.
Not trying to knock your school, so don't take offense. Traditional Xing Yi is an awesome art, and if you can find a Shifu to teach you it is well worth the effort. Xing Yi is different than Ba Gua and Tai Chi in so many ways I would think it would be difficult to blend the systems.

the primary focus is on xing yi, with elements of tai chi (For instance, Chen style tai chi walking for improving the foundation), I think the ba gua is only for the more advanced students because it is a lethal art and quite difficult to learn.

the teacher regularly practices qigong (san ti) for up to 90 minutes at a time.

Xing Yi is probably the easiest to learn (the basics) of the three arts, but is very difficult to master. I studied Tai Chi for awhile before I found Xing Yi, but I have no experience with Ba Gua.
If your Shifu did not explain to you that Xing Yi is a lethal art, he/she should have. Xing Yi is extremely deadly, dangerous, and brutal. It is not an art for the faint of heart. I will now step down from atop my soapbox.

I also own a firearm. I know this is lethal even though I've never killed anyone with it. Same as knives, clubs, explosives, big rocks, speeding cars and earthquakes. I'm pretty sure those all have the potential to be lethal even though I've never killed anyone with any of them. These little known things called physics and medical science prove to me that my art is lethal. I guess those could just be a bunch of hooie and I should prolly listen to you.
The only thing I know not to be lethal is your rapier like wit. But keep practicing!!
