I have found now that to manage mym hypoglycaemia i hahve to eat somemthing likek natural porridge oats or breakfast as this is slow release, then i have a snack like an apple or a banana 2 hours after then then ill have a sandwich at lunch time before training, train CV for 1 hour then drink lucozade sport accompanied with a piece of fruit to boost sugar levels and in the evening i have quitie a lalrge meal to replalce lost nutrients throughout the day 
i also eat
brown rice/pasta/bread(wholemeal)
fruit
veg - potatoes, carrots, broad beans, avacados, lettuce etc
oily fish - smoked mackerel i LOVE and role mops!!! YUMMY!!!!
nuts + pulses
i drink water most of the time
does anyone suffer with hypoglycaemia and how do you manage this and what dietary needs do you require to get through the day?//
