Hello my dearest fellow members of this thriving community,

My name is Setsuka and have recently achieved my black belt in Lui He Ba Fa. During this competition I attended with my mentor/sensei Chen (Whom I have been advising to join this community, he has many skills and mantras to teach to the willing and able) I failed my Stag Jump to Arab Spring to Wall Run to Dragon Punch (Tze-Shruk) combination attack. After my good jumping time Stag Jump, I fell on my spine during an incomplete backwards flip for my arab spring. I feel it is because my stretches have not been regular. Chen advised me to come here and seek confidence and help. I practice my lotus leg stretch and 3rd Flutterby stance everyday for the duration of almost 1 hour. Do you think this is enough? I need help on the improvement of my bone, my back is hurting a great much.

I very much thankyou for all your advisories and pleasance.

I apologise first for my Engrish. I speak Chinese as a first language, and English I only learn out of a necessity. I hope we can understand to one another.

My dearest student Setsuka, as she has said, recently fought in an International multi-style competition, but failed her most difficult form in the competition.

She has very injured herself, and I think it is not good for her to be stretching for long after sustaining such an injury. I have told her to do only an hour of stretching in the day, and not to practice of her kicks and jumps. I do not wish her to injire herself for long, as she is my best student, and has a competition in the December in America.

Lui He Ba Fa is an art she studies most hard at, and I hoped perhaps you could offer advice to her, to reccomend how to help recover after such pains.

    Thank you all people,

    M. Chen ---- 4th Gyu Lui He Ba Fa ----- 3rd Dan Tang Soo Do ----
