Throwing weapons

Hello!
What are names of throwing weapons in Chinese martial arts and is you could give some short description.

[gong fu]

the shuriken,
caltrops, (not thrown directly at an opponent, but still thrown)
throwing axe,
throwing needle,

a shuriken (throwing star/blade) is seen as a japanese weapon, (ninja weapon) but it actualy comes from china, like all japanese martial arts and weapons, even the samurai swords, famous katana wakizashi and tanto blades, all come from the longer tachi blade, wich was used on horse back, then evolved, all fighting styles and weapons in japan originate from china,
