well all i knew about judo was that its based on throwing techniques.
I wasn't planning on using hip throws just the sweeps and tosses ,anyway. And according to the JKD theory I can because I dont have to follow that rule of no hands of feet and I can use any of the throws in anyway sucessful way i wish. All it matters is that the guy gets thrown.

Its not like he forced you to take time out of your busy day to read and then rant on his thread. You decided that by yourself genious, so stop being stupid and remember your the one that decided to waste your time so don't waste ours...

Come on guys I mean be civil here he was asking a question, stop littering the forum with useless BS, take your own advice....

Stealth from what I have seen of Kung fu practioner, not a lot, a lot of them usually can't deal with someone just running in and throwing all out. Not a beautifull solution but if you get into trouble its always a thought.

          Kicking- Taekwondo
          Punching/hands- Boxing
Grappling- Judo or BJJ or Hapkido... Take you pick

What i would do is first power up, WHEN he runs at me doing a flying back kick i would do the splits and grab his leg as he flys over then i'd flip up spinning axe kick to the collar bone. WHEN he runs at me i'll use my pressure point knowledge to hit 5 points on his body within a second he will then go down in pain but get up and continue. WHEN he gets up and roundhouse kicks at me i'll use my boxing skills to block them then, when the moment is right i'll use technique 5 spinning him around, WHEN he does a backfist i'd catch it do pressure point 9 which would knock him out, then using my healing powers to wake him up. Thats my strategy...

                ...Sorry, looked fun

If he tries to come close with his praying mantis i will use tai chi pushing hands to push him away and followed by some judo throws. I kno a few gracie jujitsu techniques so I might do some techniques on him while he is on the ground after I throw him. Then if he gets up i'll strike him with boxing
If he uses hung kuen on me i'll defend it with wing chun parries and hit him with muay thai and wing chun strikes
Why don't you just go in there and beat him?

When you say you know these arts... given the number of them there im going to guess you havent exactly mastered them all. Fair comment? Whats the longest you've spent training any of the above and how old are you? I cant really say i believe you here, this doesnt sound likely on the whole. Muay Thai and Tai Chi is a damn weird mix at the best of times, and 8 different styles is more than anyone i know.

On the other hand, if you really are capable of fighting competently in the above styles, and you've come here for advice to see if other peoples' opinions match yours, I've got one suggestion. You do muay thai? Kick his legs in, then when he cant really stand kick him in the head. Jabs etc jst to keep the right distance. He shouldnt be anything like conditioned enough to withstand a few heavy kicks to the thigh without limping.

Of course.... you could always spit in his eyes then nut him... that works well

seppuku, you are correct when you say i haven't fully mastered every single martial arts from what i know. I know enough though to apply it in combative situations. My level of understanding fromm those styles is just a bit more than the basics from the styles that i mentioned. From those styles i know, i know a lot of wing chun which my cousin teaches me, I took WTF tae kwondo in a dojo ,I learned like approximately 19 throws from judo which i learned in a martial arts center and i know people that knows muay thai and they teach me. I also practice basic boxing offensive techniques which i learned from my uncle, but he hasn't really taught me fully the defensive part. My sister knows tai chi and taught me basic pushing hands techniques. And I learned Krav MAga at a gym. I have great interest in martial arts and enjoy learning martial arts thats why i know all those styles that i mentioned

I won't claim to know a style when i don't. I don't need to lie about it. From the list of martial arts that i mentioned that i know isn't really a lot. I will admit, I haven't done a lot of arts. I admit haven't done pencak silat, kali, escrima, kendo, kyokoshinkai karate, hung kuen, praying mantis, eagle claw, Tiger Claw, shaolin kungfu, fencing, and the list goes on. see, i don't need to lie.

                            be like air,

dont limit yourself forget your styles, just relax observe your opponent learn him, know yourself,

dont think one style can beat anouther style, think one man can beat another man, forget war of the temples and schools, if you are gonna worry about different styles and other things during the fight you will lose, you dont think in a fight, you know in a fight, you react in a fight,

                            peace,
