Though I didn't like much of it, mostly because of the defences against slow telegraphed attacks (the ones where the attacker holds his arm out and stands still......) there was still some pretty interesting stuff going on there.

Very nice clip lots of very good info in those applications. I think they were done slow for the participants safety mostly.

Very nice!! that was definately controlled for safety...rare to see good applications like that...all were attacks that would surprise a normal attacker and leave him fighting the wrong fight....Comment
