How often do you do your Taiji form?

What style of Taiji or internal art do you practice?....and how long does it take you to complete the form?

I can’t believe I’m going to answer this one; Everyone’s going to know what a loser I am

How Often? Three times a day.

The time it takes? All total…three to five hours (damn I have no life) but, more like three lately; I’m going through changes with the workout and I’m adding an hour for hand conditioning. That will tack on another hour and I’ll be back up to four.

The forms are “Old Yang” and it takes 40 minutes. I do it in 20 to 30 because those damn demon sprits won’t let me go any slower

“Yang Ching Fu” which takes 25 minutes. I do it in 10 to 15….damn demons…

Some biker taught me another form and I do it for about 20 minutes. That’s probably to long but its to damn fun to stop

Just kiddin' yeah thats the average training time for me as well, 3 times a day, 7 days a week...except when we have those all day classes and that counts for a couple sets ah, im gettin' old.

Wow i learned my 18 devil's palm form that i do numerous times a day from an old biker too . It doesn't take very long to do the form once but it kick ass. So I do it on lunch and breaks at work.
