Sagacious Lu - to answer your question - almost 10 years ago we decided not to deal with the insurance issues related to San Shou competition at the tournement.

There have been many San Shou fighters compete at the tourney. None of which (that I know of) have ever gone away dissapointed.

Sagacious Lu - to answer your question - almost 10 years ago we decided not to deal with the insurance issues related to San Shou competition at the tournement.

There have been many San Shou fighters compete at the tourney. None of which (that I know of) have ever gone away dissapointed.

I'm already disappointed to see a school that teaches Tiger Crane Kung Fu that won't allow throws during sparring There's no contact at all to the face and only light contact to the rest of the head. Not only that the match is only one round of a minute and a half yet you still want a $55 registration fee. LAME

Oh c'mon now - this is a traditional tournament. I believe that is more gear toward TCMA schools that do not emphasis on san da or any full contact sport.

This is more a tournament of the arts rather than sport fighting - I say take it for what it is. (okay now that opened up for some flaming)

thewhyzyrd - I have not competed in your events ever - although I have seen flyers for the event for a very long time. I remember seeing them back in the mid 90's too when I was competing a lot in forms. Unfortunately - your tournaments were held usually right after the USCKF or before the USWKF nationals so the timing was never good.
