As an aside, you keep demonstrating this stereotypical belief about MMA, but while fighters are generally classed by weight - many of the winners of UFC have demonstrated that skill overcomes a size advantage.

No, if a newcomer to martial arts goes into a MMA club and after about two weeks has an attack by a somewhat skilled grappler he will be in great trouble. But if he has two weeks of combat, survival, self defense training for the ground, then against such grapplers he will do much better in my opinion. He will learn how to escape very fast and also how to deal with the approach of the attacker. He will also learn the major vital areas to attack and to help him escape. I would teach feeble little women this also and they could escape. But if a feeble little woman came into a MMA club, how long do you think it would take for her to be able to escape and overcome a stronger more experienced grappler who is three times the size of her? And if you say that she could learn this, then why don't we see feeble little women fighting larger men three times their size in MMA fights?
