dirty techniques dont require training in order to apply just a bit of creativity and will to do serious damage to someone, getting into the right positions to do so requires training; which is what nearly any sport martial art will teach.
This is what we are trying to explain to tigerclaw.

Your whole arguement is "we can beat any sports fighter because we can attack vital areas", Im telling you, big whop so can they, and you have so far come up with nothing to prove otherwise, because there is no such thing.

your annoying me. wtf are you telling me this for? Iv never said boxing and wrestling teaches eye strikes etc, this has nothing to do with the main argument.
Im sick of spoon feeding you, go back and re-read this thread, then hopefully you'll understand why we are against tigerclaws rediculous (and repeatitive) posts.

But they can also be taught just by briefly explaining the idea of the technique over an internet post. which is why you cant tell us because we will use them for an "evil purpose"

You dont relise it but your just backing up my argument.

It's you're not your. And it's spelled realize. You also missed an apostrophe in don't.

By your spelling and grammar, I'm guessing you're... 16?

Everything else you said is wrong too.

In a moment of annoyance and suprise at the lack of experience and understanding you displayed, I managed a few spelling mistakes... dam! Im glad you managed to decipher "your" to "you're" though, boy! what a challenge that mustve been for you?, no wonder you took so long! man thank god we have a english teacher to save us, jackass.

By your statements, comments and general stupidity Im guessing YOU'RE (just to save you the hours of checking the dictionary)... a larping moron who's relised how wrong he was?

I guess so, considering you had no reply to what were actually disputing and had to result in analysing my spelling for mistakes in an attempt to distract people from the utter inexperience you present with every reply.

            Well done champ.

You sound like a very angry individual with a lot of pent up rage. I came in here looking for an intelligent discussion with intelligent people in order to expand my knowledge about martial arts. I posted a reply that was not in the least inflammatory or rude to anyone, nor did I attack anyone personally. In response you reply in a very condescending tone about how I'm "annoying" you. So who is the bad guy here? I'm confused as to why you thought I was someone you needed to be rude to. Is it because the internet offers a degree of anonymity so you can release anger that you can't in real life, or are you actually this rude to everyone in real life as well? I doubt it, even if you were the best martial artist in the world if you went around like that in real life it wouldn't take too long before you offended the wrong person and he pulled out a knife or gun and shot you. It all comes down to self defense as well. It's not just about training your technique and conditioning your body. There is mental training as well. The ability to, when some asshole bumps shoulders with you or cuts you off in traffic and flips you off, to just ignore him and keep on walking instead of being drawn into a fight. That takes more intelligence and training than getting into a fight with him.

Because you know super-secret 'deadly' technicques that you can't talk about in case "evil" people might be reading?

You came here to have an "intelligent discussion" while looking down on people. Oh and showing us how our arts arent catered for real life combat because they involve a sport element. well done.

No wonder you feel you have the right to look down on everyone!, you taught yourself martial arts with movies.
I'm sorry I ever questioned you.

No of course you didnt! your the innocent one, you just decided to hassle my spelling and call me a 16 year old kid, rather than stay on topic and prove your point.
Its me who has come up with nothing on topic and hassled you personally just to hide my inexperience.

Well You've come here backing up the idea given by tigerclaw that martial arts we've studied are useless in real life situations, (I know, its a bit of a shock that that would "annoy" someone) Im confused as to why you thought you had the right to tell us that? Is it because the internet offers a degree of anonymity so you can pretend to know what your talking about; that you couldnt do in real life?, or are you actually this arrogant and bag sports arts in real life aswell?

.....Right....Then can I ask why you're doing this over the internet?.......

                    There you go again!,
annotating that us martial artist that do sports based arts dont mentally train and "when some asshole bumps shoulders with you or cuts you off in traffic and flips you off" that we will be "drawn into a fight" due to us not training ourselves mentally and lack of "intelligence and training"

Honestly, go back and re-read your own post and take some of your own advice instead of just digging yourself a bigger hole.

                      No you didnt.
                      Yes I did.

You came here to have an "intelligent discussion" while looking down on people.
How so? Perhaps YOU interpreted my posts as looking down on people due to your own insecurities but I definitely didn't look down on anyone. At least not until now.

Oh and showing us how our arts arent catered for real life combat because they involve a sport element. well done.
Are you honestly trying to say that wrestling clubs or boxing clubs teach effective self defense? Maybe some do... but they are a very small minority among all the clubs out there. Most of them train people for competition in the ring, a controlled environment.

                      Learning martial arts by yourself

No wonder you feel you have the right to look down on everyone!, you taught yourself martial arts with movies.
I'm sorry I ever questioned you.
You do realize that was posted over 5 years ago right? I have had about 5 years of martial arts training since then, which might not make me a grandmaster but it at makes that post irrelevent. ANd I'm glad too see you're so infatuated with me that you're going through the trouble of searching my post history.

No of course you didnt! your the innocent one, you just decided to hassle my spelling and call me a 16 year old kid, rather than stay on topic and prove your point.
That was because I saw that you weren't interested in an intelligent discussion and instead preferred to argue just for the sake of arguing, so I decided to give you what you wanted.

                      Err... huh? Are you high?

.....Right....Then can I ask why you're doing this over the internet?.......
                      Doing what over the internet?

                      There you go again!,
annotating that us martial artist that do sports based arts dont mentally train and "when some asshole bumps shoulders with you or cuts you off in traffic and flips you off" that we will be "drawn into a fight" due to us not training ourselves mentally and lack of "intelligence and training"
Well you insulted me, a person on the internet you've never met, so I can only assume your mental discipline in real life is severely lacking. If you didn't like my post you coulda ignored it or just laughed it off, but you chose to initiate an argument. So clearly you need to work on your self discipline. Learn to avoid confrontation. It may not be easy but in the long run it will help you more than years of training.

The difference is that you are wrong (and apparently bigoted) and I am right, as proven by your own words.
