You are new here and have yet to prove anything to me or anyone else.
Right now, I see you entering this site with an air of arrogance, contrary to the teachings of Tradional Martial Arts, your Sifus would be ashamed.
I don't care if CLFSEAN posts a picture of him doing this Rear Naked Choke Escape and I don't care if you don't like these men.
This site isn't about you or them of them liking you or you liking them.
This site is discussing the negative influences many MMA guys have had on traditional martial arts.
If you claim to be a traditional martial artist, you aren't acting like one with your whining and complaining and pointing fingers at other posters when you are asked a question.
If you don't want to answer these questions, don't act like an authority on anything.

The ironic thing is that NONE of the people bashing Tigerclown are really MMA people. Not only are they all traditionalists, they are also KUNG FU people! I find it so funny that even people within his own style think he is lying.

I actually wanted to believe the guy at one point, after he posted his picture. I thought that was pretty good for him to do, but jeeeeezzzzzzz....he just goes on an on and never says anything other then: "My students know who I am, and that's all that matters".

Yeah, it's that baby face. He looks so innocent until he starts typing.

Of course, WE have no idea what experience he has. We are just supposed to take him at his word?

I love the analogy one person made: "You want to take your doctor's word that he is a doctor, or do you actually want to see his credentials before letting him operate on you?" (Or something like that).

I am a semi-pro musician. I post on several music related forums (when I have the time) and I have sent CDs of me playing to MANY people on those forums. Not that anyone ever doubted me, because my words and postings ring true, (unlike Tigerclown's)...but my point is, I could claim to be the most kick ass musician in the world (I am damn good, though) but I can back it up with CDs, links to my several bands, whatever anyone wants....I do it regularly and routinely....sure, there is always some risk that some internet stalker will come after me, but rather then be a coward and hide, I let the chips fall where they may. If they come, they come.

The guy took a few kung fu lessons and now is scamming people and teaching the little he knows.

According to some digging, the only verifiable instructor he ever had, (Leishman) only taught him Kempo, not traditional Kung Fu. The rest, I can only assume came in bits and pieces from seminars/dvds.

For the record, about lying and backing up one's claims: I let Tant know who I am. I am willing to provide links to my band's myspace, and even send a CD to whoever wants. (Just provide me a po box or something, and do it in a PM)

Not that anyone would want to, of course. The style of music I do would probably not be anyone here's cup of tea, but you never know!

At least you don't claim to have seven music sifus whom you get along with, and who know you, and won't allow themselves to be revealed for fear of stalking.
