I think both the NSI international guys under Kelly Worden are up there, and Hufana Filipino MA are up that way as well, though not sure how far from you.

www.kellyworden.com, even if he's not near you, they can turn you on to someone who can up that way. My good friend trained there for a long time, and stated that every ounce of training was functional, reality based and top notch.
