msa is the new name adopted by my GM for his muslim filipino combat system.... there is the silat and escrima of one of Mindanao's muslim clans and two arts from Borneo.....

The core silat and escrima styles can be traced 11 generations back, there is no known influence and the four arts are not taught to outsiders... to be honest most of the silat taught openly in the Philippines is sport silat....
