Arnis Philippines in Manila Summer 04?

somewhere on the net, i read that there would be an Arnis Philippines gathering/conference/tournament happening in Manila around July/August...

i'm planning to be in the country and would like to attend... however, i can't seem to find it now...

besides the WEKAF Championships in Cebu, does anyone have any other info regarding seminars/tournaments happening in the Philppines this summer?
