Kali (Sayoc or other) In Chicago???

Hey folks,

I was wondering if any of you on the forum know of any reputable Kali schools in Chicago or instructors that teach privately or have a school? I'd be very interested in a Sayoc lineage school, but wouldn't be opposed to a school of another lineage as long as they primarily taught mostly knife defense/attack techniques. Thanks for your help.

Yes there is a Sayoc Kali training group in the Chicagoland area. You can contact the group leader by going to http://www.doble-daga.com

The Sayoc.com website also has a list of all the groups that are available. But I think there is only one group in Chicago.

I teach Inosanto/Lacoste Kali as well as Lamaco Eskrima out of libertyville which is just north of chicago. we actually had jeff teach here once. Rick faye comes here as well as Ron Balicki if you are interested let me know
