        Join to a kali/escrima class
        I don't get it...

Do you mean, "You get back what you spend in kali/escrima class?"

Meaning the more time you spend in class the more knowledge you gain or what?

          Sry, my mistake.

          Posting which i mean was:

From my own experience the sinawali give you back what you spend.... if you use it just for warm up, you only get flexible hand whrists and else. If you use it for coordination only, you only learn to coordinate you fuckin' two hands..... but if you use the sinawali all the time of your training and transfer each idea from a drill into another drill (stick, doublestick or empty hand) you get a perfect rounded system within your system you train.

Work on your sinawali, it's the key.....

          Regards, Mike
