As peopleschamp said, it's Filipino grappling. Ok, I'll attempt to take this one guys..
Dumog is one of the native wrestling systems of the Philippines, primarily negros, but is known in other regions by different names as well. Boltong/ Buno etc.. It is practiced by Mangyans, and I believe Igorots, as well. Now there are different types, Dumog as a sport is practiced by grabbing the malong, and throwing to the ground, dumog as practiced combatively is a different animal, especially the pekiti camp Tujon Gaje's system, powerful, nasty and in my opinion bears simaliarities to the dirty technqiues of Lua, with the Flesh grabs, pinches and tears, in compliment to the locks.

does anyone have footage of either Mumbakki (Daniel Foronda) fighting in URCC in which he snapped his opponents ankle? or Ronald Bingwaoel representing Bultong tribal grappling in his fights?
