Good DVD for beginner of Inosanto/Lacoste system?

I plan on joining the Inosanto academy in July of this year. I was looking for a good solid beginner DVD that show the basic Angles of Attack, footwork, block and theories of the Inosanto/Lacoste system.

May I also recommend if you plan on ever fighting the Dog Brothers Real Contact Stick Fighting series.

I would pick which ever area you are interested in, personally i think stick and dagger is more advanced so maybe single and double first, let me know
