solo drills for sticks

I just got an arnis dvd but most of the dvd was partner disarms/strikes ect. any drills that i can do solo I will be doing the twelve types of strikes on a B.O.B. but what are some other stick drill I can do solo?

use your imagination. if you know 12 strikes, do it on B.O.B and make your strikes flow. remember the most advance technique is your basic technique

I agree. Don't forget you can do stick drills on heavy bags, trees and the air.

Get some practice sticks from home depot. Don't use your good sticks on treees.

I recommend to use your sticks on a tire to develop any real power with your shots. First work on hitting hard and heavy. Then work on your combinations and flow from there.
