Just out of curiosity, what songs do you guys and gals like to listen to during FMA training?

    My personal faves:

-"Oye Como Va" by Carlos Santana
    -"Petrified" by Fort Minor
-"Bring the Pain" by Method Man
    -"Body Movin" by Beastie Boys
-"Bebot" by the Black Eyed Peas
    -Traditional Kulintang Rhythms

I've also seen this CD on the Inosanto.com website:

I've heard some sample clips from it and I really like what I hear. Basically, anything with a tribal-esque beat tends to work best for me when it comes to FMA training.

    So what about you?

By the way, did you know that the Bebot Generation 1 video was filmed in the "Little Manilla" district of Stockton, CA? It is pretty cool that Bahala Na Martial Arts appears in the production credits as consultants for the video and GM Tony Somera, Master Joel Juanitas, along with Guro Terry Joven, Guro Phil Matedne and Brandon Kotez were featured in many scenes in the video.
