· Freestyle Espada y Daga Training Drills
This seminar will provide a unique comparison of the different applications of Espada Y Daga as taught in Pananandata and Kuntaw Kali Kruzada respectively.
The Espada Y Daga (Sword & Knife) is a favored weapon combination of many Filipino Grandmasters. In Espada Y Daga you are taught various drills, and combative applications employed in long (Largo), medium (Media) and close range (corto).
It is arguably the most complex aspect of the Filipino martial arts, as practitioners learn to use two different length weapons in tandem, requiring a high level of skill and coordination.
