Anyone know a good series of Videos to learn FMA from weapons to empty hands. Is there one set of tapes that I should focus on. And Also is there a tape or tape set that instructs on the use of the balisong or butterfly knife?

Thank you for the reply filippo. Of all the tapes sets you mentioned which one would you start with. And that Dan Inosanto series does it really do a good job of actaully teaching the material or is it just a overview or broad picture of the FMA's.
