Search the world's information, including webpages, images, videos and more. Google has many special features to help you find exactly what you're looking for.

Type Ngo Cho Kun into the search window and hit return.

          Hi Yentao,
The 90% of the information what I have about Ngo Cho Kun proceed from the past Ngo Cho Kun discussion. Now I order Alex Co book in a Martial Arts shop from my city. The Alex Co tapes are imposible to find here and too expensibe to order to USA or Filipines, for the my economy (I´m studying).
Here in Spain only exist one Ngo Cho Kun master but he lives too far from my home, Madrid. Somer years ago a chinese master teaches NCK in Madrid but he must to return china for familiar problems. It could be great find a NGC master here but I think that it´s imposible.
The unique solution I suppose that will be go to other country to learn NCK, and Filipines will be a very nice place (I practice Warriors Eskrima too and I´m interested in other many styles). I hope that one day I could do it.
          Regards,
          Enrique.
P.S. Excuse my very bad english.

Since you got the book let me give you some points to begin your practice just by reading the book. There are stances there that already has explaination go ahead and practice those. So when you begin training in Ngo Cho Kun (when you meet someone) you'll have no problem with proper stance. I believe you'll be able to encounter the Chien Be and Si Pieng Be stances. Use Chien Be stance for 10 min. if can't 5 min. Si Pieng Be 15 min. I recommend you begin with Si Pieng Be. Got it? If you'll going to visit here and study be sure to remind me so you don't have a hard time looking for someone to teach you.

                Wuzu (Ngo Cho) en Madrid

                Hola, Quique.

                Saludos.
