Probably where it has always been, in the Chinese Martial Arts Forum. It wouldn't have been deleted unless it was absolute rubbish or was started by m.artist.

Other than that it may have been moved to open access. But I doubt it was deleted outright.

Nah spanky, it was on KI in the japanese forum - dont know who origionally posted it - but it was an active topic.
