Yeah, I'm compiling a study guide, and I wanted to dedicate a section to kata and forms of Japanese martial arts, with an emphasis on Judo and Kyokushin karate. So, I was wondering, if any of you guys have links or something for me to study up on, I also have great interest in conditioning for breaking, and Mas Oyama's style training (i.e. the waterfall meditation, hitting trees, jumping over cars, opening beer bottles with ridge hands, etc) as well as vital templates, and variations of blocks and attacks, that demonstrate perfect form.
