RIP Moses Powell

It is my sad duty to report the passing of Dr. Moses Powell. Sanuces-Ryu Jiu-Jitsu was his life and the world has lost a great man and martial artist. Eye to Eye, Hand to Hand, Heart to Heart!!!!

Sad news indeed. Do you know the circumstances of his passing?

I just found out about Grandmaster Powells passing yesterday. Martial arts and jujutsu have lost a great man.

Does anyone know of what he died? I've been unable to find anything online describing this or confirming the announcement.

Hikage - below are the funeral arrangement for Grandmaster Powell. I do not know the cuase of death but I did ask the question on another forum. I will let you know if I find out.

It is a very sad day. Moses Powell was truly a great man and pioneer. He will be missed. Those who knew him will continue his philosophy of "each one teach one". I had not known him as well as my family who knew him since he was a brown belt. But undoubtedly the time he was alive has changed my life forever.

I've been saying for years that I wanted to step my game back up, and now with this I believe I will.

Until I see you again Moses, I will continue to watch my back.
