JJJ, has a lot of judo mixed in but it also has your basic kicks; side kick, front kick and rounhouse kick. JJJ, also has effective hand techniques including reverse punch, etc., etc,. The sweeps in JJJ and judo are awesome and are usually teached in the advanced stages.Originally posted by SbgiDpekkanenJust wondering if anyone used a japanese ju-jitsu style effectivly in a street self-defense situation.
