it amazes me how gullable and stupid some people can be, Mr. dilman teaches about pressure points and energy play when anyone with a shred of knowledge regarding these knows that most of what is being said is rubish. from the waist up there are 376 points used for various purposes, I have watched this man on video hitting a healing point and saying it was a knockout point, you can fool some of the people most of the time, a lot of the people some of the time but eventually you will get caught. from the waist down there are 174 points, if you are going to teach pressure points then you should at least know which ones heal and which ones stun and most importantly which ones do permanent damage. as for a no touch knockout, fantasy and nothing more. anyone who professes to teach it is a sham and a shame to all true martial artists.
I have been to Evan Pentazis seminaris and from there I have learnd that points can be used to both healing and damage a person. It is very much to do with the mentality of what you do. ANd if you massage it or hit it.
If you hit someones back it might hurt. But if you massage it it feels nice.
For the no tuch I am a beliver of it. But I dont think it suld work in combat.
But a thing dosent have to work in combat just to be a realy intresting thing to investaget or learn.
Maby Dillman is a fake or not. But Kuysho works. And exactly how we my never know and on some ppl it dosent work and some it works grate on we might never know either. I have succseded and failed in knock out atepmtes. But I ave never done a full knock out with pressure points. But as for all things it takes time to learn.
The Karate Jitsu movement which came about in the 70's was born out of prejudice and animosity towards the Japanese Karate Association.
Ask yourself... would you stand in front of someone and let them knock you down? If you practice sparing on a regular basis, do you think these techniques would work on you? Would you give your hand to a bad guy that wants to beat you up?
