I know that when your in a back mount you are not supposed to lock your legs together, because it enables your opponent to attack your ankles. But how do you attack the ankles if your opponent is showing bad form?

If you're not defending a rear naked choke with your hands then feel free to STACK his feet into the ankle crush for him and lean forward.
