    can i get some suggestions on training By shogun-sama - 05-17-2010 11:46 AM

    =========

    i have been studying budo taijutsu for less than a year . i wish to learn more about how the body reacts naturally in the context of taijutsu and i hope to gain confidence in my movement. i have trouble letting go meaning i think to much instead of letting my technique flow. any suggestions would be helpful.

    it can be tricky at times but this actually takes time to master like they used to say before mainstream hit "There is no belt level there is only personal skill level". All I can suggest is practice at home just dont think and do your moves dont think once just do. this is a personal skill that most teachers dont even bother explaining now a days. at home away from any one watching and disturbances will allow you to practice and eventually you will be able to flow easily and steadily.
