is it just me, or does he actually look anorexic in that pic? and the weird thing is, if you look at other photos from that time, he looks buff and muscular.

theres some other photos like that.. i'm still trying to find 'em..

I wonder what his bodyfat percentage was? He looks like one of those supermodels that everyone gripes about because teen girls are starving themselves to look just like them.

I can't believe that. He would have died then and there. For somebody who was so into the science of fitness like Bruce that it doesn't seem possible but then again he was certifiably insane in some of his training e.g. forearms.

yeah it was because of his philosophy of "having no limit as limit"

A lot of the ways in which Bruce trained are harmfull to your body. What was said earlier about training to be the best you is completely true. You should find your own weaknesses: whether it's speed, strength, endurance, agility, or stamina; find where you lack and train it. One day you will realise that you are in excellent shape and that you can, for the rest of your life, set new goal and tear away the new limits that you discover you have.

How could he jump about eight feet into the air if he couldn't even squat his own weight? Or even sidekick Bob Wall a couple feet in Enter The Dragon? I think you're hatin' man. Bruce purposely kept his chest small so not to inhibit his range of movement with his arms. This about goes for everything else he worked. He wanted his muscles toned, strong, and small for speed. So what he made up for in size he did in warm marble-like hardness.
You must be at cross purposes. Squatting your own bodyweight does not mean merely squatting up and down. It means putting a barbell on your back, with the equivalent of your own bodyweight on it, AND THEN squatting up and down.

It is rare to find people who CAN do this.

(I, of course, can. This is particularly impressive, as I am a heavy fat bastard)
