Can anyone recommend to me which of Paul Vunak's tapes are the best? I have been thinking about purchasing some of the videos to supplement my training. I have a background in boxing, taekwondo, muay thai, and braz jiujitsu (little experience here).

    Vunak tapes

I would recommend Street Safe I, II, III and the RAT System tape from http://www.trsdirect.com as they are a bit easier to follow than the PFS videos and very well done.

From the http://www.pfsvideo.com site, I like the Straight Blast tape, Attributes III & IV, and Headbutts, Knees and Elbows (the core of his close quarter/trapping range fighting) The Archive Tape is also fun to watch, but not "instructional". And he has a new Kina Mutai tape coming out which should be interesting, but that is also covered in Street Safe III.

I think you will have a very good overview with the TRS videos and enough to keep you going for a while. I believe you can find reviews of some of them here:

I haven't seen any of Paul's new tapes, though I'd like to hear a little more about it? I enjoyed his Street Safe a little, but since I've seen all of his other in the series, it wasn't one that I would consider buying because I've seen the first series. I've always liked Paul and respected him alot. What do his new tapes encompass? How many tapes are there? What is the overall theme?

With Paul's JKD streetfighting series, I recommend his Straight Blast tape first, Headbutts, Knees, and Elbows second. At the least, these are two tapes that should be seen by anyone serious in realistic progressive fighting methods. These are absolutely great tapes, that even after this long, with so much evolution in the fighting technology, these tapes are still what I would consider the basics that any serious fighter would want to have. There are no "techniques" here, but there is alot of technique application.
