Its very kind of you to ask. Well, if I recall correctly I've got about 25 years or so of wrestling experience, I trained in China for about a year and a half, Japan for nearly three years all told, and tried a lot of this and that over the years as work has required a good deal of regular relocation.

Certainly not enough to qualify as an expert, but enough to know bullshit when I smell it.
