No, I didn't get to Richard's seminar this year, but someone that is training with us went. He said it was totally different that the one we went to the year before. Thanks for the kind words. When you gonna come out and work out with us???

Training with You and Stu.

I would love to train with you guys. Unfortunately, I remarried two years ago and am still recovering from my divorce. I lost my home, (part of the settlement) and recently found out about a tax lien the IRS has against me. It will probably be about six months until I will be out of the red. I am also in the process of buying a new place. As soon as all of this is taken care of, I will be out with you mento guys. Tell Stu to stay off the creatine, he is looking huge! Kev Lee

Both Pekiti Tersia and the La Costa systems of Kali have projectile weapons systems which include the handgun and rifle.

Has anyone studied Pekiti Tersia and knows the hangun progression. It goes through the shooting positions in a standing, prone and kneeling positions. It also has reloading progressions. If anyone has seen the complete progressions I would be interested. I have never seent he LaCosta progression.

I have to carry a Sig 226, but am a Glock man 100%

Hey Kev, anytime, man you are welcome. Remember it's not a school, just 10 or so guys that work out together following an outline of progression at each individuals need, so there is no charge. Weapons and empty hand so call me sometime.
