How do you spar at your jkd school? What kind of rules and contact?

Full out, no consent. Thai boxing gloves for just kickboxing rounds, or NHB grappling gloves for more "NHB" type sparring.

If we wear goggles we can go full out with shredding tactics both standing and on the ground.

Basis class:

Limited sparring, i.e. tool sparring (lead hand/ lead foot only) etc. boxing gloves or NHB gloves.

Advanced class:

Full sparring
and
scenario sparring with full body armor for the attacker, the defender has no protective gear at all. Scenarios resemble bars, stairways, we go down to the parking area etc. pp.
