There is a form a sparring, but it is called crossing hands, many of the techniques are meant to cause maximum injury with minimum effort so contact fighting has to be at a senior level, otherwise it is more like sticking hands at beginners level. There are many forms, but the main elements to train are doj jong( two man exercise), chun sarn gup(a form of pressup training), and chy sau (a two man power building exercise, in which you grind arms).

I may as well tell you what this is all about. Like the signature of Tolkien saying 'Lord' and 'Rings' (see link) Bruce Lee's signature contains 'Kung Fu", in a similar way. This is a new discovery that applies to many famous people. I am finishing some artwork including Bruce Lee's signature with 'Kung Fu' in it's mirror image. It implies that this was Lee's destiny. With respect...http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...ADME:B:LC:UK:1

Thank you HandtoHand... yes I will publish it. Bruce lee had a great influence on my life, and so this art will be my tribute to him.

I still don't see lord and Ring in teh signature I geuss it is just me. Regarding Lee it is interest although the letters in Bruce Lee look nothing like Kung Fu....bruce learned karate judo and jujitsu as well. Maybe I wou believe wushu but kung fu is a geneal term which really has little to do with MA, Wushu is the actual term if I am not mistaken

The signature of J.R.R.Tolkien contains the words Lord and Rings, which is what he was most known for. Likewise Bruce Lee's signature has 'Kung Fu' (a collective term, which translates as working man), which is what he was most known for, this is also the best Chinese term to describe his martial art. As for Wushu, he was not known for this particular style of Chinese martial arts, although he may have studied some of it. I will have a some artwork of Bruce Lee to show you soon, with the signature discovery which is the best way to demonstrate it. It is far more than a coincidence as I have too many examples that I will also be producing artwork for, such as Jack the Ripper, Elvis, Einstein and so on. I hope this clears up a few things. With respect...
