as i mentioned it is my first time so if i strayed a little my apologies, this is not my area of experise. i did think i was at least on the same page, sparring, drills, value of hubud and lockflows, did i miss the mark. if so if wouldn't be the first time i missed. i'll just try again.

Sorry, I meant my post might be a little off thread, my bad. When I read it after, I thought it might sopund like that, but I said, "nah, no one will think that". I haven't read all of your post yet, but it's Saturday afternoon and I see you posted quite a few things, so I'm looking forward to reading it. Glad you are waking up the forum a little after a slow past couple days.
