Hey Skinny, first of all if I were you I'd consider getting some weight training videos first (bad joke). I've purchased quite a few tapes, some good, some very, very bad. I highly recommend "The Shredder" by Richard Dimitri (at senshido.com). First of all it's a simple concept and extremely effective in my humble opinion. It's one of the only tapes I've ever seen that actually lives up to it's hype and Rich's other tapes look good too. If you're comsidering a Vunak tape, I'd recommend "The RAT System" which is also simple and effective as I've used it in several situations and it's worked for me (although I learned more from actually training with Vunak's PFS guys). Actual "alive" training with someone who knows the concepts is much more effective than watching any video after all. I've never seen Burton Richardson's material but I've heard great things, he has a good reputation for a reason.
