Before I write this, I need to make it clear that this situation hasn't found closure. I haven't been "ripped off" and Mr. Harris's good name isn't to be questioned.. That's not the point of this. In fact, my concerns that this question could be bad for Mr. Harris almost kept me from asking this quesiton in this forum. As far as I know, Mr. Harris is a great guy. He seems willing to type long, long verbose explanations of techniques to people who will never give him a dollar. That says a lot about a guy. That said, I write on:
Recently (end of october) I ordered one of his tapes. My check cleared on November 3rd. I keep emailing him but I get no response, and haven't recieved a tape as of yet.
I know he's out of town a lot, maybe even now. Maybe he has a backorder of tapes. Maybe mine was lost in the mail. In fact, any number of obstacles may be screwing me right now..
My question is: anyone had this problem before when ordering his tapes? anyone know him well enough to say "Roy is definitely on this problem, if he's aware of it, have some faith dwayne".. Any input? I want my tapes

) If they advertise a product, I think that people in the mail order business should be prepared to ship damn near immediately after receipt of payment. IMO, if they don't have the product in stock they should let the consumer know up front and give the option of return of funds.
