I've got the four videos that he has made.They all give interesting view points.Primarily he discusses principles and mechanics from the wing chun systems and how Bruce employed these principles and kept using them while modifying his method.Remember Pat Strong trained with Bruce on and off from 1960 to 1966.This means that Pats information is what Bruce was using at this time.I would recommend these videos because the information is unique and will expand your knowledge of Jeet Kune Do and answer some questions.Also it will probably raise some questions.
