It is full of articles, pictures and video clips. Hock's sytem is very compatable with JKD, in fact, one of his top instructor's is Guro Mark Halleck who has released a JKD DVD series on Hock's label called "Panantukan Silat Combatives." This series is very good and really builds progressively from level to level. He also has the best Sumbrada tape on the market- check it out!
