    Does anybody know of really good wing chun instructional dvd. Most of my training is in Jun Fan, Kali, muay thai, and muay thai.

        I checked out some of the videos on the site, seem good. I especially liked the many uses of pak and lop sao. 'Course, they do the same thing like 5 times instead of going into greater depth(like they keep doing it the exact same instead of changing the technique up). Overall, quite nice looking. Too bad nothing on the 1" punch though...

          I would love to train with him. Out of all the WC teachers out there, I feel he's one of the few that can not only teach it, but truly apply it. He reminds me of my old teacher out on Long Island,NY, Ken.

          James Sinclair in the UK is the other.
          The UK Wing Chun Kung Fu Association was founded in 1985 by Master James Sinclair. It has produced many of the leading exponents of the Art.
