I live in Oklahoma and need help finding a good school. I mean any styles, besides Tae Kwon Do and Aikido. No offense to those, just not what I'm interested in. Preferably JKD, Kung Fu, Muay Thai, something like that. Tulsa is too far, maybe something in the OKC area? Anyway, if anybody knows a good school I'd appreciate it. I have no martial arts experience. Thanks

Oh man, I keep getting people linking me to all these great places in Tulsa. Sadly that's almost 2 hours away and out of the question. I'm gonna call up Michael tomorrow and see what he says. Then we'll see where I'm at. I thank everybody for their interest and trying to help me out!

Glad you found out how to get in touch with him. As for his info. You can see he worked with Terry gibson When he bagan his JKD training. And has gone on to be certified by Inosanto. And beings he his close to where you live. You should be able to set a lesson plan up with him.

I live in a wee town of Harrah. Thanks for finding him Robert. Do you know anything about him? I have little experience and he's kind of a big fish. I'm worried he won't have the time and whatnot for a beginner....
EDIT: Oh, and for a fun fact. Me and my friend have been wanting to do this for a while, but could not due to the fact that the good schools are pretty far away. Crazy how an instructor has been TWO MINUTES away all this time

Sasquatch, You may also want to try Jenson Martial Arts. He was under the late Terry Gibson as well and is a very good martial artist. I think he is in the OKC area. If not then like Mike Brewer said contact Harley Elmore in Wichita Falls and ask him. He will be more than happy to help you out. He is really a great guy and can direct you to a good school.
