Toughest Fighters Article In 'black Belt'

Visited Paul Vunak's website fighting.net and noticed he showed an extract from an article in 'Black Belt' magazine about the top twenty "toughest fighters" in the world.I haven't been able to get my hands on the mag but would like to hear from anyone out there who has and to let us know who these people are and what you think of the article.Is it realistic?Is it just a load of bull***t?Just curious.
