I was making the point Tommy Carruthers only known certification as a 'Basic' Instructor was in Gary Dill's organisation; email Gary Dill someone & ask him what he thinks of Tommy Carruthers & how valid his certification is, & more to the point what 'Basic' means & covers? It wsant a real long thread though at least last night. havent been back yet will do that a little later. Incidentally, I am not the same person as on the other forum. Ashtanga for anyone who doesn't know is a form of Yoga, and there are not surprisingly a thousand Ashtanga's on the net - in forums, with the name in email address, etc. If I was the person on the other forum, I would have no problem admitting it, but sorry not me I'm afraid.
