Its a funny animal jkd,the concepts practicioners all practice muay thai but rarely do they compete in it,why study it then? probably the same can be said of the majority them for bjj and mma,study but dont use! how functional and alive is that?,by the way i think eric paulson has developed into a real good competitor since the early days of mma and the start of his competitive career,he is in my opinion a fuctional jkd practicioner.
