bald spots

Yesterday after a particularly lengthy session of chi-sau, my classmates noticed that I had worn away a patch of hair about three inches long and an inch wide from the forward blade of my forearm.

My knees are also bald from doing mat work.

Have I stumbled onto a new method of hair removal?
